| Good Morning Everyone.. It has been so Hot.. I hate the heat.. I like 70-75 year round.. Any ideas where I can move?..lol Working 8 to 1 today, then meeting a friend for lunch.. We are celebrating my birthday from last Saturday and her birthday from yesterday. Then we are going shopping.. she needs a bathing suit.. IF my paycheck came in yesterdays mail I am going to get me one more Capri set for the summer... My friend and I both are going to get on track really soon for weightloss..her cholesterol came back super high and she is miserable with her weight.. So we will have each other to help each other. Not sure what plan she is doing though. My husband bought a bunch of packs of hamburger.5lbs for like $2 each They come in the rolls. Well he got them really cheap so he stuck them in the Freezer. I took one yesterday and cooked it and divided it into 3 meals...and now I have already ready ground beef in the freezer.. a quick thaw and throw it together with something and I have a meal... |

| hello all, well today i moved onto OWL after finishing my 2 week induction. Dont know how im gonna eat more veggies at the moment, as we are having a heatwave here in London and its too hot to eat. Ive joined a couple of the July challenges to help the weight come off and to tone up, they should help keep me motivated too. x |

| Hiya - Only Day 1 for me here but I certainly qualify to be a STA'er. I've done this WOE many times before - well, I say I've "done" it, but never really counted everything or paid attention to ingredients, so that's not a fair statement.
