Good morning.. Wow yesterday was a long day.. See my son moved out and we are switching my daughter into his old room.. Well our plans were yesterday to clean the carpets and start moving her in....Got all the furniture out...mind you its all in the living room and dining room and found that the window has been leaking and the floor is rotting.. UGH.. Didn't get the floor fixed and clean until 9 pm last night...

My house is a mess and I can't get it all finished today..I have to work 3-8.. Of course this had me awake at 2 am stressing about it but I finally got myself back to sleep.

BUT in the midst of all this.. I stayed on plan yesterday

Way to go Sandy by staying on track through a rough day.

I had an awesome steak last night on the grill w/ some grilled zucchini. I was 220.6 this morning, so close to 220.

Well I am just about to lose it...My plans will be delayed again.. We got my daughters bed moved out of her old room and found that floor is rotting too from the window leaking.. UGH... It took hubby a whole day to fix the last room... Needless to say he isn't happy.. Thank GOD he has gone to work... I just had some scrambled eggs

Sham hope you feel better soon.. My daughter is freaking out..she is volunteering at the hospital and she shook hands of a guy that is now in the hospital with the Swine Flu.. I told her to relax about it...There are lots of cases of it but I don't think that many major problems....

Hi ladies! Hope you're all doing well this am. Yesterday was an extremely long day at work & then the kids had activities last night. Thank gosh I had some preplanned meals in the frig for me--I think I learned that is the key for me last time. My daughter had a frosted doughnut on the counter that was screaming my name....I wrapped it up (didn't even lick my fingers!) & continued to make my dinner & the family dinner. My will power has been very strong for 3 weeks now...I hope it's a sign. Trampolined for 600 jumps last night.

Another long day at work...my lunch & snacks are in the office frig.

Fit4me&kids: Ohh please share that will power..I just know I would have licked my fingers if not the donut

Well I stayed on plan really well yesterday and drank all my water. I am doing really good today as well. I baked up a bag of chicken thighs(boneless) and had one cut up on my salad for lunch. Instead of dressing on it I had a TBSP of mayo. It was really good. I just know this time I will get the weight off..

Was bad today and went out to Chilis for lunch. Was not planning on going off plan, but dang if they are not low carb friendly. Had the tacos for lunch so not too bad, but I think the diet drink did me in. Re started induction and fealing all the guilt in the world for not staying on plan. Of to the elliptical to burn off the tortillas.

Oh don't feel guilty, just jump back on today..'there are bound to be slips as long as we pull together and get right back up we can do this..
