| Good morning STACers! I am present and on plan. Down to 234 lbs this morning and feeling good. Actually, haven't had breakfast yet, so right now feeling hungry! LOL! We are off to South Carolina tomorrow so I will be gone a day or two. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

| Good Morning I am checking in on my first full day of being back on Atkins. I was supposed to start yesterday but I slipped up in the evening. I am trying to remember the old saying if you fall of a horse...........you know the one. I am feeling good today, ready to take on this new WOE and new way of life. | Morning! Do we have to leave the state we're in today? okay, I'll go to Arizona then ha ha. Was planning to anyways. Still on plan. Last night went to an outdoor theatre to see 42nd street. I ordered a cheeseburger and asked it be 'low carb' 'just wrap it in lettuce if you can'. They did and it was awesome! Praying for my son to win in his initial drill today in boot camp so I can have the coveted phone call home. Have a great day! |

| Good afternoon.. I think I posted on Thursday's roll call for today..I am off on my days of the week... Slowly getting this house back together...Too rooms are fixed.. I have found my dining room table and even my furniture... Still on plan...Working 2 to 8 going to figure out what to take with me for dinner |

| Good Morning! Fridays are a great way to end the week! I am looking forward to a relaxing dinner with my husband tonight and basically a quiet day. Drive carefully all you travelling ppl. Glenda, I am trying to drink my h20 and having a time getting 64oz. down. I salute your 96oz goal and will redefine my efforts! |

| Well it is a beautiful day here and all that energy everyone talks about has now arrived I am loving it too. did a 2 mile walk so far and washed the car so already have 5419 steps in today and it is only 10am. I had a nice omlette of 2 eggs and 2 tbsp of grated cheese for breakfast. I bought a plastic omlette maker for the microwave at Hagen and just love it..so quick to make breakfast. Divadevilsmom: congratulations on the weight lossOzLover: have a great holiday and as for leaving our state today...Not a chance girls..it is fantastic here this weekend(even a little warmer than I like) but lots of sunshine and a Ocean to sit by..
