| im here!! i have my birthday this weekend, its gonna be great but so hard to resist the cake as having a family gathering.

| Im here and on plan, had a good day today and got in lots of exercise. Made a Chicken Korma for dinner which i had with a green salad. |

| I'm present & accounted for. Realizing that I need to get dinner started. Had a snack of black olives & celery sticks w/cream cheese about 1400 so I'm not hungry. DH will be looking for food when he gets home after a 12 hour day!
