| Tania - I am very interested I have started Atkins many times since I did it for three years and now have been off for about that long too. I have gained back quite a bit and need to lose it. I need to get Atkins prepared in my kitchen so I am thinking of starting full induction on the 19th.. last time I started on a wednesday. I will start with you then and hopefully be losing together. Lets do it! |

| I would love to join in...I have been off for about 2 years and have gained back almost all that I lost...I keep trying to get back and never seem to make it for more then a couple of days... Today was my 1st.day on induction...

| This is awesome!! We are all in the same boat and hopefully we can share our thoughts on this forum and help each other not to fall off the wagon. So ladies, we are all on now. lilblackdress - 19th will be your day one. Do not worry about the weight you have gained. We have lost it before as well and hence we can do it again. And you are already sincere because you wanna stock up with legal food first. A good start is half the battle won. For me, valinerya and kerry - today we are on day 2. For me my hardest part kicks in on day 4 specially when the weeekend is here. I love to drink wine and it never stops there. After wine i binge on carbs and its all the way a downward spiral. So thats going to be the biggest challenge this week. With your support i hope i can do it this time. Does anyone have a problem with this and know a way to overcome? imagood1 - Thank you for your support. Means so much to me. I think we should check in everyday. What are you ladies doing about exercise? Should we have a plan for that as well? Please share your thoughts. Thanks so much ,

| Exercise... well, I'm not worrying about exercise just yet. I will, and I am determined to have it become a part of my new WOL, but right now I am focusing on the food. But that's just me |

| OK, I want to start again too. I did this like 5 years ago and lost over 30lbs......but then I stopped and it all came back, not to mention I had a baby 3yrs ago, so now I have even more to lose. I know it works, so I am starting today with all of you.....
