| Good morning all!! I woke up and was pleased to discover that I finally weigh in at 149! I haven't seen the 140's for at least 10 years and I am so happy! Hope everyone has a great day!

I am here. I am on plan and have been for several days. I'm drinking so much water to purge my system these days, the ketostix are barely registering. I have gained some weight and will be on the gym equipment frequently! Joined the 6WEC and am ready to go!! Still incredibly sick but I now have antibiotics and should be knocking out this URI in no time!! Still exhausted from teetering between work, home and the hospital. Nothing lasts forever though and this too will pass. |

| Yay Judy! Congrats!!!! Am here and on plan, as well. Have been eating a lot (probably exceeding cheese allowance, but no off plan foods...) Clocked in at 68.9 kgs (that's 151.2) which is still on the heavy side for me, but is lower than the 72kgs I started at last Wed... Must just FOCUS and stay on plan. Have noticed a definite correlation between how often I check in here and how on-plan I stay. No surprise there ( I don't check in when I'm not on plan) but want to make an effort to check in when I am on plan to reinforce the behavior. Happy Weekend, all!!!

| Good Morning stacers! Weighed in at 183.6... slowly going down... Had a nice day off yesterday, didn't get half the things done I needed to though. SN6 this am then work 10 hr shift. Have a great low carb day! liz |
