| Morning everyone! Getting ready to see if my sprained ankle is ready to go back to working out on the gazelle. I've had a week off from my workouts after my fall down the stairs, but ironically lost weight while doing very little exercise. The body is a strange thing. It's unseasonably cool here in TN this morning as well, but I love it!

| Good morning I've been doing awful lately but yesterday was a great day and this morning, I beat my alarm clock twice. So! Happy Tuesday everyone I'm off to go make some deviled eggs and cut some veggies up! |

| Congrats gx on the 5 pound loss. Today is the first day the scale hasn't moved for me, but I can readily explain that, as I went way over my sodium intake for yesterday. I need to remember to spread those high sodium foods out over the course of a couple of days. I'll get my water in today, watch my sodium and I'm certain I'll see something on the scale tomorrow. | Hi all Made a quiche from Linda's site today for something a little different. Still no movement on the scale or with the tape measure, but then again my tape measure hasn't moved since I started. Still keepin' it low carb though. |
