| Are there any inches lost? Do your clothes feel the same on your body?

Can you also post a typical menu, including quantities? Are you taking any nutritional supplements?

| So when you put this menu in FitDay, to how many net carbs did everything add up? And how many grams of fat, grams of protein, calories? Are you eating only enough to satisfy your hunger or are you eating things just because they are on your plate and you're used to finishing everything on the plate? Are you eating only when hungry or 6 hours have passed since your last meal, or are you eating at 12:00 just because 12:00 is lunch time? It's better to spread your veggies throughout the day. Eating 3 cups of veggies in a sitting might affect your blood sugar. ETA: By the way, it's better to avoid regular coffee. I know Atkineers who have trouble losing weight while drinking coffee.

| I have to confess Fitday confused me – And I read that I can just eat as much or as little of what is on that list but just make sure most if not all carbs are coming from veggies and only 3 cups of veggies Yes I am eating only when I am hungry and I eat a little bit every 6 hours if I am not hungry (just a little bit – like a couple bits ) I will start eating my veggies though out the day Does my menu look ok to you or do you see some things I need to add or subtract? |

| The foods look good. It seems a lot of food to me, which is why I asked those questions about calories, hunger, etc., but if you eat only enough to satisfy your hunger, then you should be fine. Quote:
So how are your clothes fitting? Did you take body measurements to check if you lost inches?

| DeWolfe....5 weeks and 12 pounds, ah remember those diets where that was unheard of? I know it hurts, and I'm with you there. I've been doing this for 4 weeks and I've lost 14. But my body likes to gain and lose throughout so its an emotional rollercoaster. Perhaps your body is just taking a while to adjust to this new way of eating and living and is actually creating new muscles while you work out which is truly replacing the fat loss. Don't give up, don't do it. Give it time and you will see those pounds melt off. It may just take a while to push through this stall.
