| Me too!!! I really struggle every time I 'try' to go off INduction. I'm just not mentally ready for that. INDUCTION for OCTOBER sounds great!! I also need to learn how to do this WOE for life! |

| Ok, Great… here we go Oct 1 ! First day to a month in Induction I’m not really sure how to do this but I think it would be cool if we could just let each other know how we are doing daily and any issues that come up!! Today I am on track I plan to Drink 120 oz of water Do wt training Burn 500 cals at the gym AND Eat right And my wt as of today is 199 - I will not weigh again until Oct 8th!! WE CAN DO THIS!!! Good luck !!!!!!!!! J |

| What about menus? I mean it would help all of us to see what we are putting into our mouths. This way we can help eachother by saying induction friendly or not... Just a thought. Any other rules or suggestions? Granted this is your baby Dewolfe -not trying to hijack or anything.
