| Stay strong!!! My husband was eating cookie dough last night and I almost caved...glad I didn't cause during the intro I had red wine...Tomorrow I go into Intro-Extended. Lost like 6 lbs so far, wanna lose 6 more before I go into the 2nd phase of the program. Good luck. |

| I'm here and happy to report that the scale finally moved down this morning after 9 days of up, down and all around, but not hitting last Monday's weigh in weight. That was the hardest half a pound I've had to work for yet, but its a good test of patience since I know things will slow down much more as get futher along. |

| Good Morning All, I'm here and OP for Day 4 of Induction. Starting on Day 2 I felt some cold/flu symptoms coming on, which I still haven't been able to shake. I'm not sure if it's Induction Flu or just a common cold at this point, but I'm proud to say I did not cave and have the chicken noodle soup I have been craving for my sore throat. I've been 100% OP ![]() Can someone refresh me on what percentage of weight, approximately, you want to lose in induction before moving into OWL? I know my first time around I stayed on for an extra week and then proceeded. I have about 40 lbs to lose. I have noticed it's a lot quieter on the boards than it was a few years ago. Can anyone offer me some insight as to why? Well, back to work. I hope everyone has a great day! Sending wooshies your way. |

| morning all - just got done with lunch - tuna/mayo/cheese dip with celery...mm mm good. I'm stuffed. I had a really busy [not completely on plan] weekend and am still dealing with that, I'm only 1 pound up from before I left on Saturday - but same weight 2 days in a row. Hopefully will go down tomorrow. Very tired, but determined.

| Hi all! I've had a pretty good day. Cheat free. Was going to walk but it was just too cold out this morning so I did the elliptical machine instead. I like it, but never do it as long as when I walk. I cheated last weekend and gained two pounds which I've already lost. Still sitting on 205. I really want to see under 200 one of these days! Maybe next week. Just curious, any stay at home moms out there? If so, do you exercise as soon as you get the kids off to school or later in the afternoon? |

| Hi Well, back here again. I went off lc for about three months. Just to see if it would help my cholesterol. Never went to the dr again so not sure. I have appt next week. My weight went up to 160. I am back now to atkins and down to 148. Seems like I cant get below 148 or so. UGH. Low carbing is the only way I can eat, i guess my problem is I miss soda, etc. If I eat too much cheese I retain, if I eat anything really except chicken it seems I retain. Tonight pot roast in the oven. String beans and salad for side. B was eggs/turkey bacon L was low carb flourless choc. cake (one srvg) snacks: small amount of cheese and hb eggs
