Good morning! Happy Friday!!!! I am very happy the end of the week is here! It's rainy and cold and lots of kiddos are sick. Poor babies!

On track and feeling pretty good, at this point. No sign of induction flu.

good morning - all is well in Wisconsin. Down 2 today, but still up 2 from my low. Have been battling these couple pounds for a while now, can't seem to get to those 220's - hopefully this weekend!! Have a great day.

Cold and rainy here as well in Central VA. Hit the 15 pound mark this morning.

Cheribaby I have a question for you, next weekend, I'm taking my mom on a drive out your way for her birthday, we're going to do the Skyline Drive, hit some of the little shops and I'm going to take her out to lunch. Are you in or near Luray or Page County or another nearby area? If so I'm looking for restauraunt suggestions for lunch that will have adequate selections to keep me on plan and satisfied. TIA!

Barb - congrats on the 15! I actually live in Orange, near Madison, so I would tell you to eat at the Bavarian Chef - but that's a little far away from Luray. However, in Luray, there is a very good restaurant called Artisnas Grill. It's in downtown on Main Street. They have a crab salad that you can get without the toasted bread. They also have fajitas you can get without the tortilla. Those are both lunch specials. For dinner they have rib eye, salmon, a mixed grill (with chicken, steak and shrimp), and other grilled stuff. I really like their Bacon and Bleu. It's beef tenderloin grilled with onions, bacon , and bleu cheese! Yum! It's a little pricey, but really good!

There's a restaurant called A Moment to Remember that serves German fare. I've never been there, but it's gotten good reviews. You could probably eat OP there because I think the sausage is supposed to be homemade - not sure though.

OMG!!!!!! I live in ORANGE too, right off 522 heading towards the lake. (for those not from around here, this is a teeny tiny, small rural town and the chance of meeting someone from here online is like 1 in a million, lol).

Maybe we can meet up sometime.

OMG! That is too funny. I actually live about 1/4 mile from Exxon on the east side. That is hilarious! I teach at LGES. I used to live off of 602 several years ago. I always say I live near the Shenandoah Mountains because no one ever knows where Orange is!!

My sons go to Orange High School, Locust Grove Middle and my daughter goes to Unionville Elementary. You are right NOBODY knows where Orange is unless they live here, I usually say between Spotsylvania, Culpeper and Charlottesville, usually somebody will recognize one of those bigger counties. And we are considered to be in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains, so that's as good of description as any. Never thought I'd meet anybody on a worldwide internet forum from this tiny 4 traffic light county (I think its 4 maybe 6, if you count the ones in town lol).
