| Wow, it's taking me awhile to figure out how to navigate around the site. (just accidentally posted on the CC Roll Call, but got to find out that Julie is almost half way to goal !!) 7 days (almost) down, 7 more to go before my induction weigh in. Thought I had escaped the "flu" this time around, but it got me yesterday.... ugh, and still some lingering effects today. Feel like walking, but the wind has kicked in and I do hate walking in the wind. .

| I'm here - spent the night at our cottage and just got home. Beautiful fall day in Wisconsin...I'm thinking better than NE Glenda, looks snowy there! Weighed myself when I got home, but had clothes on - 234 - so that made me happy. I normally weigh 1st thing in the morning, no clothes - I'm guessing I was close to 230 this am. I've been under 235 since 10/7 - so hoping I'm getting to those 220's finally. Have a great Sunday!
