I made Linda's
Stuffing Pie tonight for dinner.
It was delectable.

Mine didn't come out quite so pie-shaped. It was more like stuffing consistency but I don't mind that at all. I loved it... and, it felt like I was eating stuffing.
I also didn't have a pie dish, or the 8x8 or 11x7 substitutes she said you could use so I used 2 smaller dishes and cooked them side-by-side. It still came out yummy

Aidan's is obviously the one with peas, bread, and milk
And, mine is with canned spinach and sugar free pink lemonade.
I loved canned spinach... it's not the most photogenic side dish though
Dinner was awesome

You guys should try it. I'll definitely be making this again for Thanksgiving too!
