I did this WOE 5 years ago and lost 73 pounds. I then had to have a hysterectomy and gained it all back and then some. I restarted on October 25 of this year and am proud to report that I have lost an AMAZING 18.2 pounds on my first week. I was floored when I weighed. Just wanted to post to give some encouragement to anyone looking around. I know reading this board and seeing the results helps to keep me motivated.
