    I love the pictures and all of the commitment schedules in the posts. WTG ladies and gents! I am so proud, seriously! I am right at this moment listening to fat bottom girls on my MP3 and laughing my butt off, cuz I just read that in another post! LOL


    I am going to go back to the first page in the thread and do a roll call to see if everyone has posted their commitments and measurements. If there is anyone that you have seen that doesn't post very often, drop them a line and encourage them in this challenge... As you all know it is NOT an easy challenge. But if we all stick together, are honest with our struggles and help eachother out we will all make it to the finish line a whole lot lighter and a whole lot healthier.

            My new starting weight is 179.5, I have updated my stats in my siggy!
            No more scale until June (HELP) I may have to have DH hide it on me.

            So excited - wishing you all lots of luck and healthy low carbing flubber loss!! WOO HOO!
            Lets get rid of it once and for all!

            Sorry I am so enthusiastic but hitting below 180 this morning was a major milestone. I haven't seen the 170's in over a year!

                You just need to get your weight and all your measurements in ASAP and figure your BMR, how much water you commit to, etc and post it all. Whatever the first post says.

                  My measurements are the same as last week cept my weight is actually up a little. Always does this at this TOM. Changed that. I've read diff things as to where you measure your hips. If I do at the top of hip bones, that's not the widest part of my hips. The post below is at the widest area. I'll double-check that measurement tonight.

                  I also have to just walk this week and I'm going to try some strength exercises as well with it. I went to the gym yesterday and promptly broke out in terrible hives everywhere 30 mins after I was done. Apparently I'm allergic to something and having a reaction, but could be even from last weekend and the heat/sweat set them off. So I'm supposed to stay cool this week :/ Walking doesn't get me too hot, though - will take the hills, walk quickly and take the medication he gave me to help. BTW, that epinephrin stuff is no joke! Especially if you haven't had caffeine in a while! Funniest thing is I think the allergy might have been from the women's adult party I went to last Friday. All the tasting and sampling of products (on my arm - ew!) is the only thing I've done differently! It was so funny telling the doc and watching him get flustered and blush! Haha!!

                  • Take my measurements regularly
                  • Not skip putting it in Fitday every day and try to get 65%/5%/30%
                  • Eat more calories - been eatting too little (shooting for 1800-1900/day)

                      HG, do I get a prize for posting the most embarassingly revealing pictures?

                      I'm really glad you are doing this. I've been needing to "clean up" for a couple months now. No more coasting for me!

                      So far so good today. All my food is in Fitday so far, am down 66 ounces of water. Just another Nalgene bottle left to go. And, I did my strength training at the gym this morning. Didn't run today, but I did log 4 miles yesterday, which I'm counting!!

                        here are my starting measurements. Picutres to follow soon (took them last night):
                        Age 25
                        Height 5'7
                        Weight 174.5 (don't normally count halves but if not going to weigh for all this time it will help me mentally !)
                        Neck (all inches) 13
                        Shoulders 40.5
                        Chest 40
                        Waist 29.5
                        Abs 25.5
                        Hips 40
                        Thigh 24 6/8s
                        Knee 15
                        Calf 17 2/8s
                        Ankle 9
                        Arm 12.5
                        Forearm 8 7/8s
                        Wrist 6.5

                        My report for today (food planned and will eat as says - will amend if not)

                        Food: Ate 1893 calories - above the target yay! 64% fat; 9% carbs; 27% protein. As on OWL these are the kind of 5 I expect to see.

                        Water: 2.5 litres already

                        Vitamins: Multi-vit, vit c, echinsea all taken

                        Exercise: Am off to gym to do half an hour biking for KATA2, afterwards have 2 hours football practice, so meets my 45 mins requirement.

                        Scale: weighed today for the final time in a while - goodbye old (evil, lying, cheating) friend

                          Hello everyone you may not have seen me on the boards for a while as i ended up "off the wagon" and gained a little weight again. But I am back starting induction today and hopefully I can stick with it for the long haul this time! I know I can find all the motivation I need on ADBB! I would love to join this challenge. I don't have a measuring tape handy at the moment but I will come on tomorrow and post my proper weight and measurements as of tomorrow morning! As for right now I'm off to work out! Good Luck to everyone! And hubby's girl your pictures of your results are absolutely amazing! Thank you for posting them they are a great motivation to us all!

                            First day is going good! i have all my food listed in fitday and my scale is hidden til June! I have 60 oz of water down so far too! How is everyone else doing today??

                              hey atkins attackers,

                              1st day was not too bad, hmmmm Fitday? somehow i dont find it straight forward enough and it takes me ages to find the right item cause mostly it has other stuff added to it on fitday. i'll give it a go for a few days and than i see if ts worth the effort and time.

                              Well ate good today, i was not sooooooo good with my water intake, but i'm getting better with each passing day. Multi vit taken and i did 20 mins of stability ball and 45 mins of tredmill!! I'm very impressed with my self as i haven't worked so hard in ages.

                              OHHHH yes i did not weigh myself, i have told my hubby to hide the scales cause i know that i will not be able to keep it up for 6 weeks but he has not hidden them so far.....I HAVE 2 SCALES and i use them both after each other.......I'm all there, no worries but all of sudden the scales have become my best friend...LOLOL

                              i'm off to shower and bed....quite tired now!!

                                hey AA'ers (wrong meeting )... just kidding.... today went well, although I really wish there were more calories at the end of the day... oh well. All entered in Fitday, vitamins in, water almost all there (64 oz down 16 to go). 1641 cals, 61/4/34. No time to exercise yet today, but planning some time on the elliptical later tonight. Thanks again HG for hosting this!
