Yeah, Mog. I do like it. I have made it before. It has been a while though. I had forgotten about it, until Saturday night!
I just wondered if everyone's looked like that LOL. When microwaving it, it looks like it is going to pop out of the bowl!! Pretty entertaining. (Says something about my social life when watching something go round in the microwave is entertaining, huh?) LOL.

WOW! I would never have guessed that this could be so good. I wanted something quick and easy, plus a little sweet, too, and this just hit the spot. I saw this posted, and went right into the kitchen to make it.
I used 2T cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 packet splenda, and 1 capful of Atkins raspberry syrup. As far as I am concerned, this is the perfect combination. I didn't save any of the cream cheese mixture for frosting. I also have strawberry syrup that I think I'll try next time.
Thanks a bunch to all of you who posted on this thread. I had seen this before, but didn't trust it until I saw the rave reviews here.
June Goals
1. Continue with water
2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
3. Continue with videos.
4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
5. Build stamina for more walking.
Goals for May:
1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
3. Post every day.
4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

I get my DaVinci's at www.netrition.com. Their shipping is very reasonable ($4.95 no matter how much you buy). They have so many choices, it's really hard to stop.
I bought my Atkins syrup in a health food store. It's good, but more expensive than DaVinci's.
