  • WHERE IS BROOK'S TACO SEASONING RECIPE????

I must be losing my eyesight, as I cannot find it anywhere!!

P.S. If you haven't tried it, her mock french toast (made with pork rinds) is yummy. Just make sure you pulverize the pork rinds--leaving them chunky doesn't cut it!

That recipe was a real find, wasn't it?!

Here's the taco seasoning recipe I use : (Recipe by Luna)

    Ingredients:
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried onions
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    3/4 teaspoon beef bouillon granules

    1/2 teaspoon splenda
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 dash onion powder

    How to Prepare:

    (For 1 lb. of hamburger)

You don't have to follow this exact of course. I never use the beef bouillion, and always go heavy on chili powder, garlic, and onion powder. I just use 1 packet splenda instead of 1/2 teaspoon bulk. Releases the flavor of the spices best if you put the dried onion in when browning the meat, then add all other spices last with about 1/4 to 1/3 cup water, mix and then cook back down.

Brook!! Do you use these in some kind of taco or just put the meat in a salad?
