If you are sick, hon, make sure you get healthy and if that takes nyquil then go ahead and take it, I don't see no reason to stay feeling miserable, it's not that you are planning to eat a pie, hehe
Make sure you drink enough water !!!

What about the pill form of Nyquil? I'm sure there are some carbs to it but probably not as much as the liquid. I would check that out and see.

I agree with taking a pill. The Nuquil has bad carby things! I always take pills for colds and congestion and use the liquid nose drops. I hope you're feeling better soon!

Yah if you have the choice, ok, but if it is a last minute call, like it seemed with Yani, yesterday night, right before you are going to bed....and there is nothing else in the house and you KNOW you are not going to sleep if you don't take anything....well hey I'd say go for it, even if it has carbs.

I am getting the pills today, yesterday I just drank the liquid because I was feeling really awful! Especially my cough, unfortunately it was all in vain since I did not sleep because I gave my 4 month old my cold! poor baby has not even ate since last night and it is almost noon! he must feel really sick...however I am feeling better now just the stupid cough. Ohh how about sugar free halls? anyone know? I bug huh? sorry.....

Never ever think about yourself as being a bug for asking things you need to know !!!
If people don't feel like reading or answering well then they just don't hehe, but there will always be some of us outthere who will be wanting to help you out, since we are all in the same position and we all want to do it as good as we can !
I feel so sorry for your little-un, poor thing must feel really bad !!
I always feel especially sorry for those little babies, 'cause they can not really tell us where the hurt is at, awwww, give him an extra hug of me and I hope he will get better really soon so he doesn't give his mum and dad no more worries !!
Oh and btw, I can't help you with the halls, I don't even know what they are *giggle*

I know that they also make a sugar free version of that type of medicine for diabetics that I have bought and have taken when I was sick. This might also be an option to look into if you are concerned about the carb intake. Hope you feel better.

I am the same as you now Yani, I have a terrible cough also. I have jsut been taking the niquil. I should get the pills though, good idea!!! I do have the sugar free halls and they only help a little. Drink tons of water so you don't get dehydrated. It helps your cough too.

Now I will know we are in misery at night together!! lol Hope you get better soon, prayers for the baby and you!

some of those things.. not sure about Nyquil.. but some cold rememdies/cough meds have a sugar free version for diabetics..
