just an update yall - i'm doing great.

i can't believe how much freer I feel without worrying about
diabetes all the time. it was always in the back of my mind
and gave me a "life sucks - i'm a helpless victim" sort of feeling.

now I know there is something I can do.
i'm an atkineer for life.

I'm actually looking forward to my next blood test. :joy

Congratulations on the both the good doctor's visit and the freedom from anxiety over diabetic concerns...which I sometimes think of as "sugar challenged" rather than a dis-ease. So much of it is in the way we think!
