  • Wallet-sized Induction Acceptable foods List. NEW-IMPROVED

    Print your own cards and use them as an induction guideline.
    You will always have your food list with you, and if anyone wants to know how you did it, you can happily give them your card!!

    These cards are as thorough as I could be, in the tiny space provided. Please don't consider it all you need to know, to do this WOE correctly.
    But it can be a very handy tool.

    Just right click and save to your computer. Then print! Enjoy!

          how do I print this off as a card? what programme should I use ? Publisher?

          Thanks, it's a great idea, and will be v.handy when shopping. As I never remember all the veggie's available as haven't tried some of them.

            Any programme that can print a .gif picture should be able to print it out.

            I just copied it into my usual drawing package for printing.
            Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

              Wonderful idea

              Thanks for doing the wallet size card for us, it will really come in handy. Just in time for my shopping day tomorrow.

              For those who want to know what program to print it in, here is a hint....

              Instead of saving when you right click on the picture, just click print and it comes out fine. I did save it though, for future printing. :joy

                Hi everyone... Thanks for all your kind words.. But I really did this because I believe in 'Paying it forward'
                I hope that this card helps .... I know when I started , it would have been such a blessing when I would come across something and couldn't remember if it was on the list or not. Also, if you are approached by someone wanting to know more..Hand them a card! It will give them a jump start to a healthier life and direct them to ADBB. I attribute a great deal of my success to this board and it's members!!

                  I finally got the size right for the cards...
                  I also added some tips for success.
                  Sorry it took so long but I have been soooo busy!!
