I can't find the info for this question anywhere, I hope someone can help me. Does anyone know how many packets of Splenda is need to make 1 cup of the regular Splenda from the box. I read somewhere that it was 8 packets make up 1 cup, but I don't know if this is correct. Doesn't sound realistic. Any thoughts????

    1/3 C = 5.3T = 16 tsp = 8 packets
    1/4 C = 4T = 12 tsp = 6 packets
    1/8 C = 2T = 6 tsp = 3 packets

        Re: Splenda Conversions

Another interesting fact about measuring splenda that I found out yesterday is that according to Dana Carpender the packets of splenda are more 'concentrated' than that in the jars of granulated splenda we can buy in supermarkets.
This is why one packet is counted as 2 teaspoonsworths of the 'jar' splenda even though it is much less in bulk.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
