    Goal of 300 minutes for me this month... since I primarily use the treadmill as a supplementary exercise. 30 minutes down so far.

        I was pretty slack about reporting my April treadmilling. I did make my goal and will do my treadmilling the same this month. HIIT 60 min 3X and cardio 45 min 3X Sunday is my exercise day off.

                      as it says in the first post figure out how many mins or miles you want to pledge for the rest of MAY and then post it. use this thread to post your workouts be they dasily or 3 times a week. encourage your fellow treckies add the logo from my post to your siggy and if folk click it you will come right here. Divas post takes folk to April still which should soon be corrected with the right thread number in the sting of code. remove the asterics and you will have your icon too.
                      If you notice somebody missing from the topic send them a PM and check their journal and nudge them back to working out and posting cause as theredhead can tell you aliens from outer space love to keep ADBB treadmillers from exercising with their mind control rays.

                            I am going to start tomorrow but I would like to pledge 500 Minutes for the month of May and gradually increase them each month. So everytime I complete a certain amount of minutes I report to this thread? Just curious because I want to make sure I'm posting to the right place...
