    okay gang who is up for another month?

    I did my cardio today for 45 min. I'm sticking with my current levels of 3 45 min cardios and 3 60 min HIITs each week.

        I'm still here. I'm going to get on the treadmill today if it kills me! LOL!

        I can't believe I let myself miss last month's goal by 25 minutes. I've been in a funk, but it's time to get out. So, here goes....

          Hey, can I join if I don't use a treadmill, but just pound the pavement? I've committed (to myself only, but would be happy to commit to y'all) to do at least 3 miles a day. That's about 45-50 minutes of walking. Can I join? Pretty please!

              Cool! So I'm committing to 45 minutes 6 days a week - that's 1215 minutes! I've already done 60 minutes, yesterday . . . so, 60/1215!

                    I just got them in January! They don't even look worn since I never wear them outdoors. LOL!

                    No, really, it's my plantar fascitis kicking up. Actually, it's never gotten much better, even with the weight loss. I've been dealing with it for years.

                      oh boy dod you have the exercises for stretching and strengthening the feet and achillies tendons?

                      Have you got it in the heel or the ball of your foot? Do you have orthotic inserts fitted to your feet? they work so much better then the OTC ones in the store.

                        I have 60/900 done.

                          I would like to commit to do ten minutes per day. I know it's not much, but I'm already doing 100 crunches per day, plus varied aerobic dancing exercises.

                          I will start today, June 4th... count me in for 270 minutes on the treadmill!

                            I confess, 2Big, that I'd forgotten about the exercises. I'll try to find some and start doing them. My pain moves around. Sometimes it's more in my heel, but sometimes I just feel like I have a big cramp all through my foot. The ball of my right foot burns sometimes, too.

                            I can't tell you how many pairs of insoles I've bought, but I never have felt like they improved anything. I now that spending a bunch of money to custom fit would probably be better, but I don't have the bucks right now.
