    DECEMBER IS ALMOST UPON US SO HERE WE GO, THE LAST MONTH OF 2006!!


    Do your arms have flab?
    Does it jiggle to and fro?
    Does it jiggle when you dance?
    Does it jiggle when you throw?
    Are you tired of the jiggle?
    Give these pushups a good stab!
    Do your arms have flab?!?!?

    Yes, that's a song to the tune of "Does your ears hang low?"

    Ok, ok, I know I'm being silly. But seriously! You should come join us for the December Stability Ball Pushup Challenge!!! It's challenging, but it give results! Just ask one of our regulars Kacey!!!

    OK, I'm gonna be first in... for 21 days * 50 per day. 20 at hips, and 30 at thighs/knees.

    For a total of 1050 for the month. EEK! (i've come a long way since I could I only do 10 a day but I've got a LONG way to go!)

        Well...if I could get my hands on one of these so called stability balls, then we might be in business. Guess I better get lookin'....only a couple days left until December!

          Hi Chasin... You can get the balls at any sports store or Walmart, Target, etc. Just be sure to get the right size for your height! I bought one that was too big to start with and I had a serious 'weeble' affect going on! (dangerous!)

            I want in on this...I will start out a nub and work my way up to an uber jiggle remover...so I will say 20 a day....620 for the month. Hopefully more.
