  • Curry Cali Bake

I made this the other day just trying to make something new (with spice), and it turned out AWESOME.

    Ingredients:

    3 green onions/scallions
1 slice of a red onion
    6 oz. cream cheese
    16 oz. Frozen Cauliflower
1 lb. Ground beef (I had 1/2 lb. beef and 1/2 lb. ground lamb in mine)
    Curry Powder
    1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    Cayenne pepper (ground)
    Salt and Pepper

    Makes 6-8 servings

    How to:
    1) Brown your meat, use salt, pepper, and some Curry (even though you drain the meat later the flavor is really good in the meat)
    2) Add onion chopped up and scallions & let them cook down, then drain.
    3) In a seperate pot, cook the cauliflower and drain.
    4) Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 40 seconds, then mix in curry, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. (IT REALLY DOESN'T NEED MUCH PEPPER AT ALL.)
    5) Mix it cauliflower and ground beef:

    6) Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes

    7) ENJOY THIS AWESOME MEAL!

(topped with parslet and tomatoes for show)

I put it in two of those round cake things, but I would recommend a 9x9 glass dish - mine is just currently holding a different dish I made

    *** FORGOT TO ADD ***

    1/6 recipe = 5g net carbs
    1/8 recipe = 4g net carbs

But I always over estimate - you may want to add them up yourself when you make yours
