I just got a new Leslie Sansone WATP DVD in the mail (from Ebay for $5 w/free shipping, brand new in shrink wrap) and it is the Walk/Jog Interval Training. While I was waiting for my DH to get home from work (chicken cooking in the oven) I thought I'd play it just to see what it was about. Then I thought I might as well try it out while I'm waiting and before you know it I did the whole thing!
I love it! It is a good aerobic workout and I feel so GREAT!! DP says that I burned 723 calories doing 2.5 miles in 30 minutes of interval training.
Can you say...WOW!!!
I can't wait to do it again in the morning!!
