I enjoy it, it makes it easy to see it like that!
The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

I am VERY glad that so many have found that graphic useful. It thought it was very handy and very easy to go by without having to fumble and stumble along the way. Just have to make sure your not afraid of heights. lol

That is totally up to you. If you can tolerate being on each one 2 weeks without gain, go for it. DO not put in more than 5 net carbs of new foods. Each time you go up OR add new foods do it like every other day to see if you have a weight gain, if not do it every day, if you gain drop it and try a different one. Some foods just naturally make certain people gain, have reactions, cause them to retain more than others, and so on.

No matter what rung your on only add 5 net carbs extra per day. With OWL it is more personal preference. As long as you are doing ok and your fine with it, stay there till ya get bored with it then go to the next rung if you haven't gaind on the last one.

It seems that the original graphic has vanished, can you find the ladder and repost it, Mirya?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
