Just wanted to remind you to have that yeatly blood draw to check you Thyroid levels. Foods you are eating, aging, and other things can effect your levels.
I went in last week for mine and was shocked that I needed a 133% increase in my meds because my TSH and T4 levels had changed even thought I was feeling okay and had blamed my change in exercise programs for the slight sluggish feeling I was having lately.
