    LOL, Megs, This looks good but I have been doing the lazy way---add a few drops of Wright's liquid smoke ( it is just Hickory smoked water-no soy and other junk) and I stuff it with cream cheese for a little extra richness. Then bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.

    I've never tried to indoor smoke any food---on purpose that is.

    I usually do it outdoor in my grill during the summer. But for anyone adventurous enough, it might be worth trying.

    Well there is no actual smoke but the Wrights gives it a smoky taste.
