Hello!

I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with low carbing with taking vitamins--specifically prolamine iodine?

I've been taking 2 prolamine iodine vitamins daily, 3mg each to help my deficient----apparently weirded out---thyroid.

So far from reading through research information, it's a good thing to take it and eat healthy...but I thought perhaps someone's had experience with this or another type of vitamin?
