    Default Iodine successes?

    Hello!

    I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with low carbing with taking vitamins--specifically prolamine iodine?

    I've been taking 2 prolamine iodine vitamins daily, 3mg each to help my deficient----apparently weirded out---thyroid.

    So far from reading through research information, it's a good thing to take it and eat healthy...but I thought perhaps someone's had experience with this or another type of vitamin?

    I do take 2 drops of Iodine daily, as indicated by my doctor, as a way to prevent future problems as hyperthyroidismruns in my family.


    Second week and I am down to 150 Hooray!
    Current weight: 160 (7/25/13)
    Goal 1: 139 (9/4/13)
    Goal 2: 125 (9/25/13)
