Yes, Gardening is a great way to get not only fresh veggies and plenty of herbs and spices but also exercise! No reason not to include this on this board along with recipes and methods of storing the harvest. Actually, now that a law has changed to allow backyard chickens, some day they may become my garden's insect control as well as egg suppliers!
