    Do you eat breads, pancakes,cookies,desserts and other things prepared with coconut flour, flax meal, almond meal, etc?
    Heavy cream is not carb free right?

    I don't eat breads, pancakes, cookies, or desserts. Heavy whipping cream is the only kind of cream allowed. I believe the limit is 2-3 tablespoons/day? I'm not sure because I've never tried it.

    coconut flour and almond meal would be later on. Rung 3 of OWL.

    Normally this is where I tell people their being scammed because HCG is a hormone and none of those "HCG" procducts actually contain HCG........BUT..... Your in Mexico! So it's very likely your products DO have it LOL! Glad stuff is working out for you.

    We'll yes as I am in Mexico, it was prescribed by a dr and it was not homeopathic or sold in Internet. I bought the hcg directly at the drugstore and prepared it my self so I am 100% sure it was pure hcg.

    Do you notice any of the signs of being in ketosis?

    Sorry if I sounded rude it was for snatale comments...

    My doubt about ketosis and atkins is...if you are almost in your goal weight, do you count calories and make the balance of 70% fat, 20% protein and 10% carbs? In order to keep the ketosis?

    Or you do not do that...I am confused...
    Also if it is about eating real food, do you eat desserts or breads prepared with coconut flour, almond flour, flax meal etc? It is like very fantastic to be able to eat those things and not gain weight...

    If you are almost at goal you would have tried things out for months.

    Your question should not be what do people do who have been doing this for a while

    You are new so you should start at the beginning
    You should eat veggies for your carbs for now and only gradually try items to see if they work for you.

    Ketosis is not about percentages - ketosis is about the amount of carbs and when and how you eat them
