    Default Flaxseed Crackers

    3 tbsps flaxseed meal
    1 tsp butter
    1 egg

    1 tsp baking powder
    salt and pepper

    Mix the three ingredients together and microwave for one minute.

    Slice thinly into circles and grill a minute or two on each side until crop.

    Leave to cool and serve with butter and cheese

    Do you cook the basic recipe in a mug to get the round shape or do you use a baking mould?

    I use a plastic cupcake tray, Elizellen, and only add a little of the recipe to each one. No need to worry about them raising, obviously. Really really good with a little cream cheese.
