    Not at goal yet but have lost over half my total body weight (53.24%). Started 1 year, 2 months, 25 days ago but time has gone so fast that sometimes it feels just like yesterday.

    Thanks for the inspiration and motivation everyone.

    3 more lbs to Onederland and to meet my "GOAL"


    today @ 202lbs (Starting weight was 432lbs)

    Are you considering that it might be time to come out of induction and start to climb the rungs towards pre-maintenance? Many people have made it to goal, but fall apart when it comes to lifetime maintenance. It is something to think about. You've done so well, so far, and I would love to see it stay that way.

    Thanks all. I plan on losing another 5-10lbs but i have moved to OWL at this time in addition to implementing more fitness (walking/elliptical/P90 into my lifestyle. If i reach goal by the end of the year then i will move to maintenance and then start focusing on strength training with SL 5x5.
