    I'd love to use 4-5 tablespoons per day instead to make fries eggs.
    Oil = satiety no?

    Are you following the new Atkins Diet book or the one we go by--the last one written by Dr. Atkins (Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution, 2002)? The real Atkins diet does not limit olive oil or any healthy fat (only margarine and hydrogenated fats). He especially approved of cold-pressed olive oil. He wrote: "I cannot express strongly enough that trying to do a low-fat version of Atkins will interfere with fat burning and derail your weight loss."
