We hear so much about irregular weight loss here, which seems to be the pattern, that I was wondering whether there were any people who were exceptions to the rule.

I remember when I went to Weight Watchers, there were certain people who came in every single week having lost three, four, or five pounds weekly. It made me feel like a dog because I was having to fight to lose half a pound and didn't even want to mention having done so.

So, my question is just to see whether there are Atkins diet followers who knew every week they'd lose a reliable pound or two or more rather than going through the couple of weeks without loss followed by a loss followed by a couple more weeks without loss. It would be good information to know.
There have been a couple of weeks av not lost, last time i waighted myself not yesterday the sunday before i only lost 1 lb.

With any luck Lazzlo you might have a sudden whoosh one of these weeks. You're doing great anyways.

Lazzlo: You're a regular loser, come to think of it. And a pound a week, on the average, would be 50 pounds down (or so) by October of next year. I love looking at your list of dates and decreasing weigh-ins! You are doing remarkably well and consistently so. Your calories are certainly low and not high at all. If you're satisfied, your calorie range looks quite reasonable, not that Atkins is focused exactly on calories. However, overeating is a concern and it doesn't look like you're overeating at all. Seriously.

Well, now I've learned what Paxo is--and it's carb-loaded, so I know you don't have any, right, Lazzlo? Just your pup! And family!
