Default 82% of RDI of Calcium in Your 4 Ounces of Cheese!!!

This information was a revelation for me and made me much, much happier with the measly 4 ounces of cheese allotted per day during Induction. Well, yes, there are over 400 calories in 4 ounces of Cheddar, so the wise ol' Dr. A knew he had to restrict it somewhat to that 4 ounces and no more. However, it is a powerhouse of calcium with 82% of the recommended daily intake for calcium, and that makes me feel awfully happy about the cheese allotment.

Here's the link to fatsecret.com where you can read about the other nutritional elements of 4 ounces of Cheddar:

I knew there was a reason I've always loved cheese.
