Default Celebrate in Advance: BMI almost in "healthy" range

My BMI is currenlty 26.11. The healthy range is 25 or less. It's steadily improved.

I'm celebrating in advance that I have 7 pounds to go to hit it!!! Yeah

I can hardly understand the concept of me being in "healthy range" and for fitday.com to say my weight it within the healthy range hhah Have to get used to that I guess.

    Thanks Sarina, I'm much obliged.

    GRRRR:

    Your BMI:
    25.34

A BMI between 25 and 30 is considered overweight.
The healthy weight range for your height is between 128.9 lbs and 174.2 lbs.
Your weight is 2.4 lbs above the healthy range.
