Default Cauliflower - Prep and Freeze it

If any of you are like me, I usually grow about a dozen 3-4 lb heads of cauliflower each year, but sad to say the chickens get alot of it since I can't eat it THAT fast. This is perfect....

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I can NEVER get cauliflower or broccoli to grow! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

But this is a good tip for me because sometimes I can get good deals on cauliflower and freezing would be an ideal way to store them.

Great tip. I never thought about freezing it thinking it would come out mushy, but will definitely try it. I guess the secret is in the freezing it very dry.
    Thanks Kntrylady!
