    Default Almond flour pancakes?

Has anyone made or tried these! A great alternative to the eggs every morning.

No, I've never tried any of the nut flours because I always assumed that they would be very high in calories and would have to be used very sparingly. What do you add to make the pancakes?

I add almond milk, egg, and cinnamon.

Thanks for the reminder happyagain! Been too busy lately to make things with almond flour, but now that things should calm down I must start some 'proper' cooking again. Almond flour is sooo so useful for all sorts of things...fake breading and cakes etc. Nyna is right though...one mustn't overdo it (my failing!!)

I've never been much of a pancake or waffle fan but maybe I'll try some on my dh because he's diabetic. Thanks for posting.
