    A NEW WEEK BEGINS AND WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOME NEW FACES JOINING US!
    Pick Your Own One Week Challenge
    Week of March 19, 2017.

    This challenge is all about exercise, doing something you like, something new, something challenging that maybe you aren't doing in another challenge.
    Some Challengers might take the week off, some new Challengers might appear {we would always welcome new challengers}. Previous Challengers will return. It's all good

    So, what kind of challenge do you want? MIX IT UP! HAVE SOME FUN! Exercise doesn't have to be boring or dull.

    What a Challenger states as his/her challenge and goal for the week is what the award will be based on so it might be wise to not be too specific. There are no free passes for forgotten or missed days and yes, this means there are no bad weather days whether it be snow, extreme heat, hail, rain or howling winds. If you do mention specific days I will hold you to it. Make it a challenge but leave yourself some wiggle room for the unexpected.

    Need more incentive to continue to join the Pick Your Own One Week Challenge? Join and successfully finish 25, 50, 75 and 100 challenges and earn a badge with the completed challenge number on it.

    I'm putting stones around my rhubarb plants (lest silly men with strimmers fail to see them and wreck havoc. All men with strimmers are a danger to ones garden imho!!). I need to collect these stones from around and about. I will find and carry back two stones each day, from Monday to Friday, while on my daily walks. Also, I'll do a minimum of five minutes arm exercises with these stones as weights, each of the five days.

    Hope am not to late,sorry i missed last week.I could not bend my head forwards,and had a really bad pain down my neck.Am only 59,i seem to be ailing more and more.am gonna stick with the usual for now.
