WELCOME to the April Vitamin/Supplement Challenge

The third leg of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (the first two being controlling carbs and exercising) is to ensure you obtain the appropriate Vita-Nutrients for your health conditions. For some people, this may mean a multi-vitamin. Others choose supplementation with a variety of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, including herbs.


Sign up and commit to taking your supplements for the month of April. Check into this thread once a day, if possible, and tell us simply that you took your vitamins. There's no need to say which kinds or how many (although you are free to share that information)...just that you remembered to take them.
Each Challenger, who signs up by April 7, will get 3 Free Days available for the month. If you sign up after April 7 you do not get the free days. You get the award, if you are successful but not the free days.
