WELCOME to the April 2017 Water Challenge

Dr. Atkins said in DANDR.......
"Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day to hydrate your body, avoid constipation and flush out the by-products of burning fat."
The goal of this challenge is to drink a minimum of 64 ounces per day. NO SLACKING! You must drink 64 ounces or more each day, beginning February 1 or the day of your sign up. You can join anytime but read the fine print below. ▼▼▼

  • You can join any time
  • Try to post daily {no less than twice a week, if daily is a problem} and when posting, mention the day and your ounces. This keeps me straight, knowing which day{s} you are reporting for. Check your posts often so you don't skip days.
  • Each Member/Challenger who signs up will get 3 free days. Each free day can be used to forgive a less than 64 oz day. Please read the fine print below. ▼▼▼

You can join any time but if you join after April 7 you do not get the free days. You will, if successful in your water drinking each day after your sign up, get the award.
