    some of my favorite flavors. Cauli is my best friend these days...mashed fauxtatoes, fauxtato salad, caulifried rice, and now this!

    Yes Jill, cauli rice and cauli mash are the best...in so many variations. This one sounds like one to try.

    I've made this with lemon because I didn't have any lime, and we were cooking shrimp too. I'll have to try the original recipe! Thanks for sharing, Megs.
