    A NEW WEEK BEGINS AND WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOME NEW FACES JOINING US!
    Pick Your Own One Week Challenge
    Week of June 18, 2017.
    This challenge is all about exercise, doing something you like, something new, something challenging that maybe you aren't doing in another challenge.
    Some Challengers might take the week off, some new Challengers might appear {we would always welcome new challengers}. Previous Challengers will return. It's all good So, what kind of challenge do you want? MIX IT UP! HAVE SOME FUN! Exercise doesn't have to be boring or dull.

    What a Challenger states as his/her challenge and goal for the week is what the award will be based on so it might be wise to not be too specific. There are no free passes for forgotten or missed days and yes, this means there are no bad weather days whether it be snow, extreme heat, hail, rain or howling winds. If you do mention specific days I will hold you to it. Make it a challenge but leave yourself some wiggle room for the unexpected
    .

    Balance exercises and foot exercises (tendency towards flat feet) for me this week. Combo of these exercises every day from Monday to Friday (inclusive). 8 minutes per day minimum.

    3 days this week of 'you tube' video exercise routines - most probably a mix of leg & arm workouts
    also will get back to armcurls with weights (3x10 = 30) my arms are in real need of work!!

    i'm starting early and by gosh i'm determined to be successful this week!

    1 mile fun walk using my 2# weights. swinging/pushing/arm raises... .doing all the motions with those weights.

    1/2 done

    Nunchuks,15 min.mon to sat.
