    hello AtlantaFalconFan

i for one am always to glad to have new people dropping by, joining in and becoming a part of our board. we love atkins!

is there a misprint in your post? if not i think you are terribly underweight. please tell me you are now 236 and not 136.

but as for your question, yes, i think it is totally doable to be 199. IF you are willing to do the plan as described in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution {2002 edition} and really put yourself into the details of the plan.

Welcome to our international ADBB family, AFF!
Congratulations on dropping those 11 pounds in just one week!

Even if your body decides not to get down below the 200 by the date you want, I am sure you will be close to that goal if you stay on plan.
