    Default who is here these days?

    hi all,

    been awhile since i posted on here, sadly i found myself at well over 330 pounds and decided to take control of my life and do atkins again, happy to report that i am down to 251 pounds as of this morning, and am setting my goal weight at 190 pounds

    not sure who here will remember me, its been 12 years since i was active on this forum but ill be around
