    12th Jan; 80 oz

    I've found a nice measuring jug, so from now on I can be a bit more precise. Up until now I've been rounding down to the nearest full 8 oz cup.
    This challenge has me drinking a bit more daily, so far. Hope to raise it a little more too.

    seems like we all have our certain type of measuring bottle. i remember back some time ago that lisa suggested having rubberbands around a bottle. each time you finished the bottle of water you moved one rubber band to the top or bottom. i used that process for quite a while after that.

    great idea about the rubber bands. I use magnets on my fridge - back when I had a 20oz bottle. Now, just two, so it's not so hard for my tiny brain.

    i tried an experiment today {monday}

    as soon as i got up and before i had any decaf i drank 11 ounces of water. then nearly every hour i drank another 6 to 9 ounces. even wrote the times down just to keep track.
    9 Am 11 oz
    10 am 9 oz
    11 am 9 oz
    noon 12 oz
    1 pm 9 oz
    2 pm 9 oz
    3 pm 9 oz.
    6:40 6 oz.
    7 pm 9 oz.
    8:15 pm 6 oz


    that worked out so well for me! i was able to drink well over my usual 64 ounces. instead of using a glass or plastic bottle, i used a 3 oz. dixie cup. i have no trouble filling it 3 times while i stand and drink the 9 ounces.
