    Pick Your Own One Week Challenge
    Week of January 14, 2018.

    This challenge is all about exercise, doing something you like, something new, something challenging that maybe you aren't doing in another challenge.
    Some Challengers might take the week off, some new Challengers might appear {we would always welcome new challengers}. Previous Challengers will return. It's all good So, what kind of challenge do you want? MIX IT UP! HAVE SOME FUN! Exercise doesn't have to be boring or dull.

    What a Challenger states as his/her challenge and goal for the week is what the award will be based on so it might be wise to not be too specific. There are no free passes for forgotten or missed days and yes, this means there are no bad weather days whether it be snow, extreme heat, hail, rain or howling winds. If you do mention specific days I will hold you to it. Make it a challenge but leave yourself some wiggle room for the unexpected

    I'll be doing three 15 min WATP videos during this week. Am finding them a lot a fun and regret never having done them before now.

    Signing on for 3 days, most probably WATP fast mile (with the boxer shifts - just because it makes me happy!!) & hopefully + a small exercise routine either for legs or waist, there seems to be a bit of a paunch trying to happen!! Got to nip it in the bud...!! now..! (Mind you it could just be bloating, nah I think I'm too old for that excuse!)

    1/3 (Tuesday)
    1 fast WATP 1 mile (shifts included!) + a short standing abs routine & a thigh routine
    so a good beginning to challenge.....

    2/3 (Thursday)
    1 WATP brisk 1 mile with shifts + Jessica Smith lower body & Lottie Murphy 5 min thighs - couldn't face abs after that!!
